Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Application Engineering Manager to join our team! This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit where we empower our people to transform industries with a competitive advantage through adhesives sealants and functional coatings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads engineering team supporting the companys top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner.
- Promotes a culture of learning collaboration and personal development.
- Mentor team members and support long-term career growth.
- Responsible for CapEx and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready.
- Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety legal) and relevant industry/customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering
- 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices.
- 5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5 engineers/scientist as a direct report.
- The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- Familiarity with FEA flow modeling CAD and lab automation technologies.
Hours:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
