Greenridge Realty is looking for a dedicated Industrial Project Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee various industrial projects within the real estate and mortgage industry.
As an Industrial Project Manager you will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities ensuring timelines are met and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects that align with our strategic goals and enhance our reputation in the market.
We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $30 to $35 along with benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee industrial projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients contractors and internal teams to ensure project success
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
- Conduct regular project meetings to track status and resolve issues
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation
Requirements
- Associate degree in Project Management Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management within the real estate or mortgage industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus
