The Role: In-house Claims Consultant
This role exists to support the existing claims team by assisting with day-to-day administrative duties and managing simpler medical malpractice matters. It offers hands-on exposure to medical negligence work and provides a solid foundation for growth within a specialised claims and legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
1-2 years relevant administrative or claims-related experience supporting case or file management

Assist the claims team with administrative and case management tasks

Support the handling of simpler medical malpractice claims

Draft and prepare basic legal documentation and correspondence

Liaise with internal team members to ensure claims are progressed efficiently

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and case files
About You
1-2 years of experience in an administrative legal support or claims-related role

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately

Good written communication skills for drafting correspondence
