Duties & Responsibilities
This is a 360-degree recruitment role. You will work both sides of the desk developing client relationships in the Finance and IT sectors while sourcing and placing top candidates.

Duties:
- Business development: Identify and grow a portfolio of client companies through networking cold calling and relationship management
- Source screen and place Finance and IT candidates
- Headhunt passive candidates via LinkedIn candidate databases and direct outreach
- Manage the full recruitment process: job briefing advertising shortlisting interview coordination reference checks and offer negotiation
- Work towards and exceed monthly targets related to placements billings and new business development
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric is essential
- Bachelors degree in HR Psychology Marketing Business or a related field
- Recruitment or sales training/certification is advantageous
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment sales or a client-facing commercial role
- Experience working with targets and KPIs in a performance-driven environment
- Experience using LinkedIn job boards (Pnet Indeed) and candidate databases for sourcing
- Exposure to Finance or IT industries is highly advantageous
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales ability with a competitive results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident engaging at all levels
- Resilient and positive able to handle rejection and bounce back quickly
- Well-organised process-driven and able to manage multiple placements simultaneously
