Education and Experience:
- Level of Degree: Associate degree beneficial
- Minimum of at least one-year recruitment experience required
- Minimum three (3) years administrative experience.
- Ability to create manage and edit spreadsheets and various reports
- Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish goals and to problem solve.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office products including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook. Advanced computer competency in using databases and the ability to learn other software as needed.

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for administrative functions that focus primarily on staffing and human resources related responsibilities. The Human Resources Junior Recruiter will assist the Human Resources Recruiter and Senior Recruiter in the recruitment life cycle including job postings and screening and selection process to place qualified candidates in IU job openings. Responsible for communication and collaboration with staff supervisors school districts and staffing agencies. Responsibilities will include a variety of tasks; such tasks are not limited to administrative staffing duties just within the HR Department.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time 260-day calendar position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours are dependent on the needs of the districts. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Little travel to client locations are expected for this position.
