Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the LeaderCompliancethevacant Enterprise ComplianceTesting & ControlsLeadwillbe responsible forbuilding andmaintainingInteracsenterprise compliancetesting & controlsprogram.You will lead business units and corporate functions in the identification of key compliance controls.Youwillexecute against a 3-year strategicplandesigned tobuild a technology-drivenregulatorycompliancemanagementframework that effectively manages regulatory risk whilemaintaininga right-sized scalable and highly efficient operational footprint.You willbuild andmaintainan inventory of compliancecontrols mapped to applicable compliance obligations. You willdesignandleada risk-based3-yearcompliance testing plan. You will implement a monitoring program that providesreal-time and data-drivenlineof sight intothe status of compliance obligations and associated risks.You will bringdeep awareness and knowledge of applicable regulatory standardsas well as cross-industry compliance best practices.You willprovide compliance oversight on corporate functions as well as support and standardizationfor product compliance verticals.You will focus onenhancing control oversight and compliancepracticesutilizingautomationandproactivedetectionmechanisms. This is a fast-pacedsenior compliancerole which requires stronganalytical skillsability to lead andin-depthcompliance experience.
What You Will Do:
Design and operationalize theenterprisecompliancemonitoring and testing program.
Leadbusiness units and corporate functions in the identification ofkeycontrols and mapping to applicable compliance obligations.
Build and execute a risk-based3-yearcompliance testing plandesigned to measurecontrol effectiveness andidentifyof control gaps/weaknesses.
Implement automated and data drivencontinuous monitoringof control health trends anomaly detectionand emerging risks.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendation related to test results compliancegapsand remediation plans.
Update documentationas a result ofchange in regulations or based on testing outcomes.
Design and operationalize training programs for employees on how complete compliance tests/assessments.
Identifyand implementefficiencies automationandimprovements to compliance effectiveness; and
Conductcomplex multi-partycomplianceinvestigations.
What You Bring:
7-9years of hands-on experience as asenior complianceandriskprofessionalwith a specific focus on testingand/or internal audit functions.
In-depthexperience designingimplementing andexecutingcompliancetestingprograms.
Ability to perform detailed research risk/compliance assessments and due diligence.
Knowledge of activities taskspracticesand deliverables associated with elicitingclearly defining and documenting requiredcompliance practices.
The ability togive meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information.
Confidencein your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
Understandingthat success isin the details. You notice things that othersdont. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
You are a proactive problem-solver with a demonstratedtrack recordof driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The hiringrangefor this position is$120000 to $150000 and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills experience and job-related knowledge butInteracscommitment goes beyond compensation.
