Job Summary
Role: Senior Technical Lead
Location: Seattle WA / Vancouver BC
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Microservices Kubernetes and AWS Cloud Native architecture. The candidate will lead the design and development of scalable retail systems including Order Management Systems (OMS) and enterprise microservices platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of Java-based microservices architecture
Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud-native platforms
Design scalable and resilient systems using Kubernetes and containerization
Collaborate with product teams to build retail OMS solutions
Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to best coding practices
Optimize performance scalability and security of applications
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and infrastructure automation
Strong experience in Java Microservices architecture
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience working with AWS Cloud services
Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS)
Experience in retail domain systems
Strong system design and technical leadership experience
Experience with cloud-native application development
Strong experience with REST APIs and distributed systems
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
