Job Description:
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets within the organization. This role ensures that hardware software and related technology resources are properly tracked maintained and optimized to support business operations. The coordinator will work closely with IT procurement finance and compliance teams to maintain accurate records enforce policies and maximize asset value.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
2 4 years of experience in IT asset management procurement or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware software licensing and asset lifecycle management.
Familiarity with ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Lansweeper SCCM).
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT finance and procurement teams.

Preferred Skills

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
Experience with cloud asset management (Azure AWS etc.).
Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO GDPR SOX).
Advanced Excel or reporting tool proficiency
