No cap on earnings
Top producers can realistically earn $120K$250K annually depending on performance.
What Youll Do
Prospect and acquire new IT staffing clients (contract & direct hire)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate rates fees and contracts
Drive revenue growth through recurring contractor placements and direct hire deals
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
You own the client side of the business desk pipeline and revenue growth are in your hands.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
2 years of B2B sales experience (IT staffing technology or professional services preferred)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Hunter mentality self-motivated disciplined and entrepreneurial
Comfortable in a 100% commission environment
