Job Summary:


The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving jewellery sales by delivering excellent customer service understanding customer preferences and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers and provide personalized jewellery sales assistance

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for gold diamond and silver jewellery

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business

  • Explain product details pricing schemes and certifications clearly

  • Coordinate with billing inventory and store operations teams

  • Maintain visual merchandising and follow store SOPs

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of proven sales experience in the jewellery segment

  • Strong communication negotiation and customer-handling skills

  • Knowledge of jewellery products purity gemstones and pricing

  • Presentable customer-focused and target-driven mindset
