Whats the role

The Project Manager role within Enterprise Services Technology is pivotal in driving the delivery of multiple programs to achieve the strategic technology vision of the Property & Protective Services division. Acting as a key integrator between Business teams workplace technology capital delivery works and enterprise technology teams this role transforms and optimises technology services.

As a trusted advisor the Project Manager contributes to the delivery of strategic transformational programs vendor initiatives drives continuous improvement manages risks effectively and fosters strong partnerships with internal and external delivery partners.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive project management background across technology and agile. It is also desired that they have property security technology experience.

What do I need

  • Proven track record in successfully leading and managing medium/large projects with many of the following characteristics:
    • Indicative cost up to $20M
    • Project duration up to 18 months
    • Teams typically ranging up to 30 resources
    • Project Impact: Medium
    • Project Risk: Medium
    • Minimal sub projects / streams
    • Single end deliverable (more complex)
    • Up to 5 business areas affected
    • Medium reliance on external partners
    • Limited interdependency (up to 5 projects)
    • Management of diverse stakeholder expectations across different business divisions
  • 5 years experience within projects and/or delivery of technology solutions (minimum 3 years at Project Manager level).
  • 5 yrs of Property Security Technology experience.
  • 3 years working in a large and complex organisation.
  • 3 years experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience working in Agile cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the differing business practices.
  • Technology tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
