About the Project
ACCIONA is delivering the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant in alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs. The project will design build operate and maintain a state of the art facility to secure climate resilient water for Western Australia. Stage 1 provides 150000 m3 per day with expansion capacity.
About the Opportunity/Position
You lead EC&I planning and delivery for the Alkimos project. You develop work packs refine design detail and shape construction methods that support safe efficient delivery. You work with design construction planning and commercial teams and report to the Project Director. You guide junior engineers and help embed inclusive team practices.
Key accountabilities
- Develop EC&I work packs
- Build construction methods for delivery
- Analyse risk logistics and critical path
- Coordinate temporary works requirements
- Drive digital engineering use
- Engage stakeholders and report progress
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of engineering project management principles
- Minimum 7 years construction delievery experience
- 10 years of experience in EI&C installation in process plants or power plants
- Strong project management stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
