What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in deceased estate administration to join our team. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with deepexpertisein managing the complex processes associated with deceased client accounts estate settlements and regulatory compliance across multiplejurisdictions.
- Serve as the primary expert resource for deceased estate matters across the organization.
- Review andvalidateestate documentation including death certificates letters of testamentary probate documents and executor authorizations.
- Coordinate the transfer or liquidation of securities options futures and other financial instruments held in deceased accounts.
- Ensure proper handling of outstanding trades margin positions and corporate actions for deceased accounts.
- Liaise with legal counsel and compliance teams on complex or high-value estate matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Law degree paralegal certification other relevant qualification or significant demonstratable relevant experience.
- Experience with international estates and cross-border asset transfers.
- Knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust structures.
- Experience working in a global financial institution.

This roles anticipated base salary range is $70000 to $90000 annually based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation addition to a competitive salary the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits including health care tuition reimbursement and much more.
