About the Role
Duties
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently.
- Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
- Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
- Experience working in supervisory role preferable
- Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Must have weekend availability (Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday preferred)
