Job Summary

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies andorganisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.

The Position Cleaning Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across both village accommodation and mine site cleaning;

Deliver pre-start meetings and facilitate training sessions with a team of 30 staff

Manage workforce planning including; rosters timesheets and task allocation

Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards

Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of cleaning supplies

Ensuring full compliance with Site Safety Protocols inline with both Company and Client Safety Standards as well as communicating effectively with site management and address client needs promptly.

The Person

- Experience in mining or large-scale commercial cleaning and housekeeping

- Excellentcommunication and professional presentation

- Proven leadership effective decisionmaking strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)

- Open drivers license
