Job Summary

You and your IT colleague will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our servers data networks and mobile devices (laptops smartphones).
You will also provide first-line support for the end-users helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring they get the most out of our IT systems. Back-up for first line support will be foreseen during your holidays / absences.
Youll play a key role in enhancing and modifying our technical infrastructure as well as installing and configuring new components.
Youll help secure our IT systems data and administrative processes including backup management.
Youll ensure that changes and standard procedures are properly documented and youll train end users.
Youll initiate and manage new IT projects working closely with colleagues both in Belgium and internationally (with our group-level ICT department in France).
Youll work primarily from our head office in Grimbergen or from home and travel when needed to our other locations in Belgium the Netherlands and Germany.

Qualifications :

You hold at least a bachelor degree in System and Network Administration (or equivalent).

You have knowledge of Office 365/Google Workspace.

You have experience with virtualization products (VMware). Knowledge of AWS EC2 is a plus but not required; training can be provided.

You can draw on at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience.

You have excellent Dutch and English skills. French is a plus.

Youre flexible results-driven and thrive in a dynamic environment.

You have an eye for detail without getting lost in it; youre reliable and thorough.

Youre a strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.
