About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Degree related to Computer Science or relevant field
- Total Years of Experience Minimum 10 to 12 years
- 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM ITOM HRSD HAM
- 4 years of experience designing and developing process workflows and writing stories
- This role will be working in globally diverse virtual teams and will need to be able to meet the associated challenges of differing cultures work practices and time zones.
- Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings tailoring messages to the given audience
- Demonstrated work experience in process definition including facilitation process documentation change control and process improvement
- Ability to do reporting on the sprints release process.
- Experience in MS Excel & MS Power point is preferred.
- Services documents relevant to deployment of IT technologies and initiatives
- Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings tailoring messages to the given audience
- Strong problem solving research skills and the ability to analyse and independently run through a series of potential solutions and presentation of findings to various levels of management
- ITIL qualifications and experience desirable
- Personal Qualities
- Certified Implementation Specialist CSM HR ITSM ITBM ITOM SecOps or other ServiceNow certifications
- Strong work ethic
- Self-driven and takes responsibility
- Ability to effectively resolve conflict with appropriate escalation
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- First-class interpersonal and communications skills (verbal written and presentation)

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customers requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to help design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Determine and define business needs and global requirements to develop and continue the growth of a multi-instance ServiceNow environment with primary focus on the agile process.
- A proven track record in SN agile management ideally with a strong background in delivering strategic ServiceNow IT Service management solutions.
- Owns the support and enhancement process (known as business as usual) for ServiceNow COE and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Manages and communicates ServiceNow release/sprint schedules & reporting to stakeholders & COE groups.
- Write user stories/scrum tasks with clear functional requirement in the acceptance criteria for technical team understanding.
- Document and map current ITSM processes and perform gap analyses against desired or best practice preferably using industry standard techniques and frameworks such as Lean and ITIL.
- Work closely with process owners and request type owners to prompt and agree requirements for request workflows and IT self-service on ServiceNow instance.
- Work directly with end users/stakeholders to resolve escalated issues/defects within ServiceNow.
- Assist the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
- Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organization.
- Decompose business problems quickly and determine the root cause and provide solution alternatives.
- May also assist and/or lead test plan development and execution.
