Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Business Partner to join our People team. This role is pivotal in driving our People strategy leveraging technology to enhance people processes and fostering strong partnerships across the organisation.


Who will you be working with This role is within the People Team reporting to Head of People. You will closely collaborate with People Partners Talent Acquisition Learning and development Finance BI teams. This role will collaborate and partner closely with one of the largest team in India.


Work arrangement: We prioritise the value you bring to the team over your location so you can work from anywhere in India. Regular visits to a hub satellite or coworking space are encouraged for team collaboration. Participation in customer group sessions and people team meetings requires 5 days a month travel.

People Business Partnership

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership to advocate for people initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction partnering as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.

  • Manage people products and services ensuring they meet the needs of flydocs and its talent.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design and implement people solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people partnering people technology and tools and cocreate people solutions for flydocs.



Requirements

Data-Driven Decision Making & People Analytics

  • Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights that inform workforce planning performance management retention and engagement strategies.

  • Translate complex data into clear actionable business recommendations.

  • Identify trends in productivity skills attrition and team effectiveness to proactively address risks and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with BI and stakeholders to align people metrics with business outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement by measuring the impact of people initiatives and iterating based on evidence.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline simplify and enhance people processes through data insights.


Functional Expertise:

  • Strong experience in People business partnering role and People Analytics.

  • Proficiency in HRMS and other People technology platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
