Job Summary

Job Description:
A Back Office Executiveprovides essential administrative data and operational support working behind the scenes to ensure a company runs smoothly handling tasks like data entry record management report generation processing transactions coordinating departments and assisting the front office without direct client interaction requiring strong organization accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Data & Records:Perform data entry update databases manage files (physical & digital) and maintain accurate records.
    • Administrative Support:Handle general admin schedule appointments manage supplies and process documents (invoices orders).
    • Reporting:
      Generate reports statistics and presentations for management
      .
  • Coordination:Communicate with various departments (sales front office) to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Process Management:Oversee backend operations process transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Support:May involve bookkeeping tracking budgets and managing payables/receivables.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Skills:Highly organized detail-oriented multitasker strong communication proficient in office software (MS Office).
  • Education:Often a Bachelors degree in Business Admin or a related field.
  • Experience:Proven experience in a similar administrative or back-office role.
