Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport. Your primary role will be to assist passengers with their travel needs and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and gate changes - Handle baggage and cargo ensuring proper loading and unloading - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Ensure the safety and security of the airport and its facilities - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
