About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director Corporate Services (ED). This pivotal role sits at the heart of our organisation ensuring the CEO and ED are well supported through effective diary management document coordination meeting preparation travel planning and more.
The EA is the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the Office of the CEO acting with discretion initiative and professionalism. Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of executive support by streamlining workflows and championing the use of digital tools. Your focus on continuous improvement will help simplify administrative processes reduce manual tasks and maximise the productive use of time and resources for the CEO and ED.
