Your Role

As the Executive Assistant to Project Directoryoull be a key point of coordination for the Project Director DirectorImplementation and broader Project Delivery leadership team providinghigh-level executive administrative and project coordination support in adynamic and complex environment.

Youll:

Manage executive calendars correspondence travel andcompeting priorities to ensure effective time management and alignment withstrategic objectives.

Prepare high-quality reports briefings presentations andboard papers with accuracy professionalism and attention to detail.

Monitor and track key deliverables actions and milestonesacross Project Delivery to support executive accountability.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities acting as atrusted liaison with government agencies industry partners and internal teams.

Maintain key project registers and reporting toolsincluding status reports change registers and roadmaps.

Provide secretariat support for leadership meetings andforums including agenda preparation minute taking and action tracking.

Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and processimprovement projects that enhance efficiency and governance outcomes.

Diploma in Business Management (or equivalent experience)with extensive experience providing high-level executive support in complexfast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesautonomously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experienceworking in environments subject to high levels of scrutiny and corporategovernance.

Proven capability in preparing professional reports boarddocumentation and executive-level communications.

Sound understanding of project and program managementmethodologies and governance frameworks.

High level of computer literacy including proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint) and theability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills strongorganisational capability and a proactive solutions-focused mindset.

Demonstrated leadership capability including coordinatingworkflows supporting team performance and driving continuous improvementinitiatives.
