Job Summary

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Client Experience Coordinator to support and enhance client interactions throughout their journey with our organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality coordinating communication and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and committed to delivering excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests

  • Coordinate and monitor client interactions to ensure consistency and satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records schedules and internal documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with operational processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client experience standards

  • Support onboarding processes and ongoing client engagement initiatives
