Job Description: Client Service Representative at Allegiance Technologies LLC
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone email and in-person meetings
- Assist clients with account setup troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions feedback and trends
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a client-facing role
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
