Job Summary

Job Description: Client Service Representative at Allegiance Technologies LLC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive professional attitude when interacting with clients
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone email and in-person meetings
  • Assist clients with account setup troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions feedback and trends

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
