Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by handling inquiries resolving issues and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process insurance policy applications renewals and claims accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with understanding their insurance coverage and policy details
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client management role
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
