Job Description: Client Service Representative at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone email and in person.
  • Handling client inquiries resolving issues and providing product information.
  • Processing orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining client records and updating information in the database.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
