We are seeking a hands-on D365 CRM & Power Pages Developer with strong development expertise to design build and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves close collaboration with onshore teams and clients translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customise D365 CRM solutions including entities forms views and business rules.

- Design and develop C# plugins custom workflows and extensions following best practices.

- Build and manage Power Automate (cloud flows) for business process automation.

- Develop JavaScript for form scripting validations and UI enhancements.

- Implement system integrations using D365 Web API and custom services.

- Configure and manage security roles teams and access models in D365.

- Design develop and customise Power Pages including web pages forms lists and authentication.

- Collaborate effectively with onshore teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Skills Required:

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development.

- Strong proficiency in C# JavaScript and D365 Web API.

- Expertise in customisations plugins workflows cloud flows and security management.

- Solid experience with Power Pages development.

- Experience in using ALM tools like Azure DevOps

- Strong communication skills and experience working in an onshoreoffshore delivery model.

Nice to Have:

- Hands-on Azure development for integrations (Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus).

- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and secure API design.
