3-5 Must Haves	5 years in the Insurance industry with a focus on Finance 3 years of experience with SAP FS-CD and FS-GL on HANA 2 years experience managing business analysis teams 10 years of overall financial systems implementation experience.

Required Skills : * Accounting and/or Finance operations experience is required; Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance is required; Master s degree in Accounting Finance of Information Systems management/or MBA preferred * 10 years of experience in financial systems implementation work * 5 years in the Insurance industry with a focus on Finance * 3 years of experience with SAP FS-CD and FS-GL on HANA * 2 years of experience managing business analysis teams * Experience in technology implementation and support * Results-oriented senior business analyst with diversified experience in business systems implementations and finance operations * Demonstrate a proven track record of leading business facing IT activities and a strong process and delivery history * A track record of successful large project implementations * Experience in building a new model to serve the IT needs of a growing and change-oriented company * Proven leadership ability to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and contractors. * Demonstrated project management skills * Lean Six Sigma experience a plus * Demonstrated business savvy to work effectively with other managers and leaders to achieve key business and technology goals * Ability to handle demanding workloads to meet objectives
