Relations Analyst Manager

The Relations Analyst Manager leads the development analysis and management of stakeholder partner or client relationship strategies to enhance engagement retention and organizational performance. This role combines relationship management expertise with data-driven analysis to assess trends identify risks and recommend strategic improvements. The Relations Analyst Manager supervises analysts or relationship specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee relationship management strategies for clients partners or stakeholders

• Analyze engagement metrics satisfaction data and retention trends

• Develop performance dashboards and executive-level reporting

• Identify risks and opportunities impacting stakeholder relationships

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts or relationship specialists

• Collaborate with marketing operations legal and finance teams

• Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery

• Support contract renewals escalations and conflict resolution

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Communications Analytics or related field

• 58 years of experience in relationship management business analytics or stakeholder engagement

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree (MBA or related field)

• Experience in B2B financial services healthcare or corporate environments

• Advanced proficiency in Excel Power BI Tableau or similar analytics platforms

• Experience managing cross-functional projects

• Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks

Compensation

• Annual Salary Range: $100000 $135000 USD based on experience.
