Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Prepare and draft immigration Employment-Based petitions including H-1B L-1 E-2 E-3 O-1 TN PERM/I-140 EB-1A/B/C EB-2/NIWManage business immigration clients from engagement to receipt of immigration benefit including gathering documentation for eligibility draft forms file petitions and manage NVC and consular processing as case deadlines respond to requests for correspondence to clients USCIS NVC and other agenciesAssist with intake processOrganize and maintain case filesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree or Paralegal certification; applicable work experience considered in lieu of a degreeA minimum of three (3) years of business immigration experience in a law firm settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Outlook and Excel) and Adobe AcrobatExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlinesProfessional demeanor and high level of interpersonal skillsThis position is hybrid from firms New York office. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $75000 - $90000. Depending on the role the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
