Job Summary

Description

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving branch revenue growth through proactive sales strategic account management and exceptional client service. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities for Valcourts commercial window cleaning and exterior maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of any service issues complaints or requests.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify pursue and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize account potential.
  • Proposal & RFP Management: Prepare and manage proposals bids and RFP responses for annual service contracts and one-time project work.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and strengthen client relationships through regular communication site visits meetings and participation in industry events and client functions.
  • Collaboration with Operations: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth job execution clear communication of scopes and fulfillment of client expectations.
  • Market Development: Participate in networking and association events to promote Valcourts services and expand the companys client base.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 35 years of progressive experience in sales account management or a client-facing role with a track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
