Job Description:
A Mechanical Managerleads engineering teams overseeing design development and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC machinery etc.) ensuring projects meet timelines budgets and quality standards while managing staff resources safety andstakeholder communicationfor efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise mechanical engineers/technicians provide coaching conduct performance reviews and foster skill development.
- Project Oversight: Manage project lifecycles from concept to completion including scope schedule budget and resources ensuring timely delivery.
- Design & Technical Direction: Guide mechanical design (HVAC piping machinery) review drawings ensure compliance with standards and implement best practices.
- Maintenance & Operations: Plan and execute maintenance schedules minimize downtime manage spare parts and ensure equipment reliability.
- Budget & ResourceManagement: Control project budgets manage procurement and allocate resources effectively.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards regulations and safety protocols (SOPs zero accidents).
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams clients vendors and distributors to align goals and manage expectations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency inCADsoftware and engineering tools.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance principles safety and project management.
- Experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
