Job Summary
Job Title: Store Assistant Manager
About Cliet: Leading speciality chemicals agrochemicals agrochemicals intermediates and pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to GMP ISO food safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain audit readiness and enforce EHS policies.
2. Inventory Management
Oversee receiving storage and dispatch of RM & FG.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
Conduct cycle counts and stock audits; resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and ERP/WMS records.
3. Team & Coordination
Supervise warehouse/store staff and manage daily operations.
Coordinate with Engineering Procurement and Production teams to ensure material availability.
4. Operational Efficiency
Implement SOPs and drive process improvements.
Maintain organized warehouse layout using 5S principles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or related field.
Relevant warehouse/store management experience (preferably in Food Pharma or regulated industry).
Knowledge of GMP & food safety standards.
ERP/WMS proficiency and strong leadership skills.
