Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience: 2–6 years of experience in field testing system testing or debug/support roles.

Job Summary
The Field Testing & Debug Engineer is responsible for executing on-site testing troubleshooting and debugging activities at customer locations to ensure systems are delivered according to specifications quality standards and customer expectations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise strong problem-solving skills and direct interaction with customers during installation testing and acceptance phases.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site testing and debugging support at customer locations.

Act as the technical interface with customers during field testing issue resolution and acceptance activities.

Support customer demonstrations trials and acceptance testing.
.
Respond to field issues and service requests.
.
Execute functional integration and system-level testing in field environments.
.
Reproduce customer-reported issues and perform root cause analysis.
.
Conduct regression testing after fixes and configuration changes.
.
Perform hands-on debugging of hardware software or firmware -related issues.
.
Identify configuration or environmental issues affecting system performance.
.
Coordinate with engineering teams for defect resolution.
.
Document test procedures results defects and resolutions.
.
Prepare field issue reports debug notes and customer communication summaries.
