Job Title: Costing Manager
Department: Finance
Reporting To: CFO / Finance Controller
Job Summary
Responsible for managing product costing cost control inventory valuation budgeting and variance analysis to support efficient manufacturing operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain standard & actual product cost sheets
Monitor BOM material labor and overhead costs
Conduct variance analysis and margin analysis
Ensure accurate inventory valuation (RM WIP FG)
Prepare budgets and track cost performance
Generate MIS and profitability reports
Support audits and ensure compliance
Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
ICWA / CMA (Mandatory)
5–10 years of manufacturing costing experience
Proficient in using SAP HANA software
