Job Title: HR Manager – Plant HR
Reporting To: HR Head
Job Summary
Lead end-to-end HR functions at the plant including Talent Acquisition Employee & Industrial Relations Payroll & Benefits HR Administration and Performance Management ensuring a motivated workforce and compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment onboarding and workforce planning for plant roles
Maintain positive employee relations handle grievances and manage unions
Administer payroll benefits incentives and statutory compliance
Maintain HR records attendance leave and HR reporting
Implement performance appraisals training and development programs
Support HR policies cost optimization and workforce productivity initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
5–10 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing
Exposure to Talent Acquisition IR/ER Payroll Admin & Benefits
Knowledge of labor laws and unionized workforce management
