Job Summary

The purpose of this post is to lead and manage Pastoral Care services across CHI ensuring provision of high quality services at all times.

Essential Criteria:

Candidates must have:

Primary degree in Theology or Religious Studies (Level 8 or above) as per Healthcare Chaplaincy Board Standards/Chaplaincy Accreditation Board for Certification

Three units of CPE and certified as a Healthcare Chaplain by the Healthcare Chaplaincy Board (HCB) or Chaplaincy Accreditation Board (CAB) for Certification

and

5 years experience in a hospital setting

Evidence of excellent people management interpersonal and communication skills

Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability management leadership and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
