Your mission
As an Account Executive youll drive revenue growth by managing a diversified pipeline across both Mid-Market and Enterprise eCommerce customersfrom fast-moving Director-level buyers to complex multi-stakeholder enterprise committees. Youll identify which segment each opportunity represents early and activate different sales skills processes and timelines accordingly.
Youll research prospects adapt sales strategies to meet their needs and navigate B2B SaaS sales cycles with confidence. You understand AI-powered product discovery know how FactFinder benefits each prospect and serve as the front line of our revenue growth across B2B and B2C eCommerce segments.

What youll do:
- Manage and grow a mixed sales pipeline of Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Strategically prospect into key accounts and verticals across eCommerce (retail B2B wholesale fashion sports DIY specialty retail)
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points related to site search product discovery zero search results personalization and merchandising challenges
- Build compelling product demonstrations showcasing FactFinders AI-powered search personalization recommendations and merchandising capabilities
- Communicate transparently both internally and externally throughout the sales cycle
- Turn inbound and outbound leads into satisfied FactFinder customers
- Collaborate across teams (marketing customer success solution engineering partnerships) to better focus customer-facing efforts
- Support FactFinders regional partner activity (system integrators and eCommerce platform partners)
- Support regional marketing activity (events conferences webinars)
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas consistently
Your profile
- 3 years closing B2B SaaS deals with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments
- Deep eCommerce sales expertise youve sold to eCommerce decision-makers and understand digital commerce challenges
- Consultative sales mastery you navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and build multi-threaded relationships with ease
- Hunter mentality with relationship focus driven self-motivated and competitive while building authentic connections that turn customers into evangelists
- Autonomous problem-solver comfortable in ambiguity quick to adapt and ready to take ownership without constant direction
