Positionoverview:
TheAccountManagerisresponsiblefordevelopingnewbusinessrelationshipsandservingasthefirstlevelofsupporttoexistingB2Bclients. This role will focus specifically on nurturing and growing new business relationships within our Media and Entertainment division.
Responsibilities:
DevelopaneffectiveunderstandingofthecapabilitybenefitsandcompetitiveadvantagesofTransPerfectsservices
Identifyprospectivecustomersandindividualorganizationstofocusonsalesactivities
DevelopnewclientrelationshipsviacoldcallingInternetandtradeshows
IncoordinationwithSalesManagementidentifyqualifydevelopandclosesalesopportunities
PromoteandeducateclientsregardingTransPerfectsservices
ProvidecustomersupportandmanageclientexpectationsinliaisonwiththeProductionManagementTeam
Manageandcontrolpricingandcontractualissuesbydevelopingathoroughunderstandingofcompanyprocedures
Takeanactiveroleinlearningabouteachclientsindustrybusinessneedsandcompanyculturetoidentifynewbusinessopportunitiesandprovideahighlevelofservice
Performotherspecialprojectsordutieswhenrequired
Job requirements
Requiredskillsexperienceandqualifications:
InterestinorpreviousexperienceinStrategicBusinessDevelopmentand/orClientServices/AccountManagement
Abilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships
SuperiorwrittenandspokencommunicationskillsinEnglish and Swedish
Goodanalyticalskillsneededtoprojectrevenuesmonitorbudgetsandothernecessarycalculations
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(WordExcelPowerPointOutlook)
MinimumBachelorsDegreeoritsequivalent
AbilitytocommutetoourStockholm office5daysperweek.
Mostimportantlytheidealcandidatemustdemonstrateabilityto:multitaskinafast-pacedenvironmentworkwellwithpeoplefromavarietyofdifferentbackgroundsandculturesbuildstrategicrelationshipswithclientsandco-workersworkaspartofateamtakeactivemeasurestosolveproblemsandcommittoahighlevelofservice
