Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in marketing
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen with good analytical skill. Familiar with retail product and event marketing. Knowledge of contract management and education program are advantages
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Remarks
- Required to work on irregular hours occasionally for ad hoc tasks

Responsibilities
- Support licensing and partnership negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
Execute and manage the Education Licensing Program ensure smooth operations and compliance with corporate standards. - Develop and promote the Corporation themed merchandise with a target-based approach to maximize sales revenue.
- Manage contracts with licensees and distribution partners ensure adherence to terms and optimizing revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends potential partnerships and new product opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and licensees ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
