We are on the hunt for a detail-driven Inventory Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a critical role for someone who loves organization accuracy and being an essential part of a winning team.
Were looking for a motivated professional who can confidently manage vehicle inventory from arrival to delivery ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and support sales management and accounting with precision and efficiency. If youre organized proactive and energized by keeping things on track in a busy dealership this role is for you.

Wage: $50000 per year
Location: 353 Manitou Drive Kitchener
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
What Youll Be Doing:
- Create file and manage deal jackets
- Receive disburse track and process ownership transfers
- Manage dealer plates and maintain compliance records
- Support inventory operations across multiple dealerships
- Travel to Adesa Kitchener periodically using a company vehicle
- Capture and maintain daily dealer plate sign-in sheets across dealerships
- Manage the inventory inbox including filtering responding and directing emails as required
- Use Excel to track ownerships and related data
- Utilize internal sales application to track and manage deal jackets
- Communicate with other departments and staff to resolve inventory-related concerns
- Report directly to Inventory Director
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive Teamwork Attitude
