As the Administrator Chief Pilot you work closely with the respective fleets Chief Pilot in an administrative support role. You are integral to facilitating and monitoring many of the tasks required of each fleet as it relates to managing a group of employees and interoffice coordination with other departments as this role you will:Prepare American Express credit card statements including searching for missing receipts and preparing reconciling and submitting reports review AMEX inbox and submit personal company credit card and submit monthly credit card statements for Chief and respond to communications with new and existing pilots and action any required pilot questions or direct to appropriate team or department if and approve SAP Concur Enterprise receipts confirming charges are and offboard pilots setting up all required system and physical access ensuring uniforms and equipment are uniform storage and provide replacement uniform kit as and approve all per diem submissions for pilots and maintenance employees; communicate with Maintenance management if there are discrepancies with maintenance submissions or pilots as all Dayforce pilot changes including promotions demotions schedule changes or other compensation changes. Process all pilot leaves of absence in verify and submit all pay adjustments submitted by pilots. Add Time Away From Work (sick leave etc.) for pilots as fobs for pilots for Palmer and McCall Chief Pilot travel for events and SIM training. Book pilots travel for Company be successful in this role you will have:High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of related administrative experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).Bonus points if you have:Aviation industry fit right in if you:Have good analytical thinking and organizational skills.
