| Job Purpose | This role of Finance PMO primarily supports master data maintenance master changes in SAP & related systems along with Adhoc activities to keep these systems up to date. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Oversee the maintenance of essential financial master data including General Ledger (GL) cost centers profit centers GST tax masters and Delegation of Authority (DOA) for expenses and procurement ensuring compliance with Board-approved policies in SAP ECC and SAP Ariba. Change Request Management & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate on UAT for system change requests ensuring successful testing outcomes in designated systems. Repository Management: Maintain an organized repository of supporting documents for DOA master maintenance and UAT test evidence. Hoc / Special Projects: Support various process improvement and optimization initiatives as directed by senior management. Stay informed on the latest SAP FICO features and functionalities to enhance operational efficiency |
