Key Responsibilities
Digital Communications
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and the CRM
- Manage and update website content using WordPress and Divi builder
- Create and distribute electronic newsletters
- Design and develop graphic content for digital platforms and print materials
- Support project management for fundraising-related deliverables
E-Learning and Technology
- Assist in creating and maintaining online courses using iSpring and TalentLMS
- Build and deploy satisfaction surveys using JotForm
- Help maintain learning management system content and user experience
- Track and report on e-learning metrics and user engagement
Website Management
- Perform regular website updates and maintenance using WordPress
- Implement design changes using Divi builder
- Ensure website content remains current and engaging
- Monitor website analytics and user experience
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Communications Digital Media or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (particularly WordPress)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact)
- Basic graphic design skills
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Familiarity with survey tools
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with social media management
