Job Summary

Salary Range -

Key Responsibilities

Digital Communications

  • Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and the CRM
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress and Divi builder
  • Create and distribute electronic newsletters
  • Design and develop graphic content for digital platforms and print materials
  • Support project management for fundraising-related deliverables

E-Learning and Technology

  • Assist in creating and maintaining online courses using iSpring and TalentLMS
  • Build and deploy satisfaction surveys using JotForm
  • Help maintain learning management system content and user experience
  • Track and report on e-learning metrics and user engagement

Website Management

  • Perform regular website updates and maintenance using WordPress
  • Implement design changes using Divi builder
  • Ensure website content remains current and engaging
  • Monitor website analytics and user experience

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Communications Digital Media or related field
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Familiarity with content management systems (particularly WordPress)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact)
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Familiarity with survey tools
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Experience with social media management

Technical Skills

  • WordPress and Divi Builder
