We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Technoviz LLC. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers resolving their IT issues and ensuring their systems are running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Diagnose and repair network connectivity issues
- Ensure data security and privacy for customers
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support role
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies
- Certifications in IT support or relevant field
Salary & Benefits:

- Maximum Salary: $97000 per year
