We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Technoviz LLC. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers resolving their IT issues and ensuring their systems are running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone email or in person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and issues
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Diagnose and repair network connectivity issues
Ensure data security and privacy for customers
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Excellent communication and service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support role
Experience working with cloud-based technologies
Certifications in IT support or relevant field

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $65000 per year
Maximum Salary: $97000 per year
