Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal team members regarding engineering projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Assist in the implementation of engineering solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Document technical processes and procedures for reference
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in technical support roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in technical support
- Experience working in the engineering industry is a plus
- Certifications in relevant technical fields are advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $22 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $28 per hour
