As a Technical Support Specialist at Whitaker Networks Inc. you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with network infrastructure setup and maintenance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a technical support role.
  • knowledge of hardware software and networking systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Desired Experience:

Salary & Benefits:
