As a Manager Learning Insights & Governance youll play a vital role in enabling data driven decision-making and managing the learning ecosystem that powers modern learning experiences. Youll lead a small team to deliver actionable insights optimize learning infrastructure and implement innovative digital solutions that strengthen organisational capability partnering with teams and clients across finance technology energy and health.

What youll do:

  • Develop and execute a learning data and insights strategy to measure impact and ROI including defining metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks. Conduct analytics and evaluations to inform continuous improvement; provide firm-wide insights by integrating SWP skills data; partner with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations; identify opportunities and strengths across the learning organization framework.
  • Manage and enhance learning technology platforms and infrastructure (LMS LXP) and ensure seamless integration with P&C systems. Evaluate and implement future technologies (AI-driven learning VR/AR adaptive learning tools); manage credentialing and badging systems; ensure robust infrastructure for digital and blended experiences.
  • Lead innovation and governance across Learning Leadership & Talent Development. Maintain close relationships with Global to understand changes and requirements; develop and leverage dashboards and visualization tools for real-time performance tracking; maintain governance for data privacy and compliance; stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend adoption strategies; review learning programs for impact and recommend improvements; create knowledge management protocols and version controls.
  • Lead and coach an analyst to deliver high-quality insights and reporting. Foster a culture of data literacy and technology enablement across the learning function; engage stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience in learning analytics data strategy and reporting frameworks including integrating SWP skills insights and building dashboards/visualizations to measure impact and ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise managing and enhancing learning technology platforms (LMS LXP P&C systems) credentialing/badging and digital learning solutions; track record of driving innovation through adoption of AI VR/AR and adaptive learning tools.
  • Strong governance and knowledge management capabilities: establishing data privacy and compliance practices creating knowledge management protocols and version controls and managing learning ecosystem governance.
  • Leadership communication and mindset: analytical and systems thinking; clear communication and stakeholder management; collaborative learner-focused and inclusive; accountability and ownership; continuous improvement and learning agility; experience coaching team members and fostering data literacy across the function.
