Gymnastics Australias Membership Services Team is entering an exciting phase of growth with a bold ambition to significantly increase participation and strengthen the capability of coaches and judges nationwide. To support this vision we are recruiting the pivotal leadership role National Learning and Development Lead.

The National Learning and Development Lead drives the design delivery and continuous improvement of Gymnastics Australias professional development accreditation and learning programs. This role ensures coaches and judges are supported capable and inspired to deliver exceptional gymnastics youre passionate about learning committed to serving a community and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact wed love to hear from you.

• Experienced in learning design education delivery or professional development.
• Highly organised proactive and committed to getting the job done for our members.
• Skilled at working with volunteers committees and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Energised by creating meaningful learning experiences that support community outcomes.

Location and Working Style

Strong preference for Melbournebased candidates
