Lead a partner governance team that collaborates with Operational Excellence and key stakeholders to strengthen frameworks improve oversight and support business outcomes.
Deliver partner governance programs that ensure contractual obligations risk requirements and operating rhythms are effectively managed and continually improved.
Review and maintain governance tools processes and systems to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency across partner arrangements.
Analyse and design improvement initiatives across teams providing practical advice and alternate solutions that enhance effectiveness.
Manage governance forums to review performance against SLAs highlight opportunities and coordinate actions that address service gaps.
Oversee Job Ready Pathways budgets and operational processes that support Operational Excellence.
What youll bring
3 years leadership experience guiding and motivating teams to achieve performance engagement and professional growth.
3 years experience working with offshore partners using strong relationshipbuilding and influencing skills to support collaboration and consistent service delivery.
Insurance industry experience with a deep understanding of contractual regulatory compliance and operational obligations.
Ability to analyse risks interpret frameworks and design improvements across systems processes and team operations.
Strong capability in planning prioritising and implementing practical solutions that improve performance and manage risk.
